3. Date: The date the photograph was taken, if known. If not, an estimated date based on clothing styles, ages, or other contextual clues.

4. Repository: The physical or digital location where the photograph or newspaper article is held, such as a specific archive, library, or website.

5. Access Information: Details on how the photograph/newspaper article can be accessed, such as a URL or catalog number.
