I've been doing genealogy as a hobby for 50+ years. I joined Find A Grave a few years ago, but I've used the site since its earliest days (back when it was a bit less functional). These days it is much more user friendly and a great resource. I'd like to help others by providing a photographic record of the grave stones and markers for their family members and ancestors around our region.
Currently researching my earliest 1600s-1700s immigrant ancestors and their families from the Accomack, VA / Southern DE / Pennsylvania areas on my father's side, and French Canadian / Northern New England areas on my mother's side. Also exploring the migration of various lines from the old world to the new, and across the U.S from their points of first settlement in the east and out to the west coast.
I have way too many names to provide a good list here, but my maternal DANIEL, PEPPIN/PEPIN, BOYER and paternal KEEHN/KUHN, WEST, QUILLEN, TRUITT lines are key.
