Food for thought.

If you take, or actually have, the time to "walk" a section of a cemetery, you'll most likely "find a grave" that hasn't been recorded on this site. Please take a marker photo and enter a Memorial, so they aren't forgotten and ancestors can find them. (As example, after moving to the Holly, MI area, I decided to walk one of the older cemeteries in town, Lakeside. From the walk, and great exercise, I added 308 Memorials that were not listed at the cemetery and posted them, along with marker photographs to the website. Who's relatives may have been wondering where their loved ones were buried? I hope some found those answers through the efforts.)

Memorials: If you come across a Memorial which I am shown to "manage" but would prefer to do so (i.e. relative or ancestor branch you are working), please send me a Transfer Request. I'm primarily focused on gathering grave marker photos for this website.

My Grave Photos: If I've posted a grave marker photo you wish to use for genealogy purposes, by all means please do so.

Grave marker clean ups. If you come across a Memorial where I've noted that the marker may need cleaning, or to be dug out, to see the details, give me a poke if you need that particular item. I've listed many and am still trying to get around for some clean ups, if I'm in the area.

Thank you to all of the wonderful volunteers who support the efforts of this website and to add history to so many families and their ancestry searches. I've benefited in my own searches through those kind volunteers and why I became part of the process. You are doing great work. Blessings to all.
