I am NOT a memorial owner, I am a memorial manager. I am open to transfer requests for family, and even dear friends (I understand I have friends that I love as family). If I feel I am closer related, I may not transfer.

Military ranks, added as name prefixes on memorials, are reserved for those who were killed in action or died on active duty.

*For all others who served, their rank will be shown in the inscription field of the memorial, if it is engraved on their headstone. (copied but this is the way I manage my memorials too)

I do not mind Death Certificates on my memorials, or clipping of obituaries, as long as they are not designated as grave or person photos. Now that findagrave has made every other piece of information in an entry editable to others and to be auto-accepted if one is not regularly online, the presence of a clipping of Death Certificate or grave photo is the only piece of information that can't be vandalized by bad actors.
