Hello,

I was born in Charlotte, NC. Raised in Harrisburg, NC. Live in Concord, NC. Have been a career paramedic since 1996 and still love going to the station everyday to serve my community. Went to college thinking I would be a history teacher so I have a degree in History from UNCC. I did teach for 5 years at Concord HS in their Public Safety Academy. I love teaching others. Giving them knowledge and skills to make the world a safer place.

This site fuels my History craving in so many ways. Genealogy has become a new passion of mine. As a result, I learned my 10th Generation Grandfather is a confirmed patriot who served in the Revolutionary War. This led me to becoming a member of the Sons of the American Revolution. I also have several ancestors who served in the War of 1812 and the Civil War.
