I've coupled my interest in local history with my love of cemeteries. I'm happy to find and photograph stones whenever possible. In addition, I clean stones on a volunteer basis and would be honored to clean markers upon request in the Stevens Point/Portage County Wisconsin area. Forest Cemetery is my main focus; I also provide tours of the cemetery for the Historical Society, churches, and other groups.

I've worked to clean and protect 900+ monuments in Portage County. I'm devoted to proper care and am documenting improper methods and stone damage when found. When in doubt, remember the first rule of preservation and DO NO HARM. I also do extensive research on every stone/person possible, connecting families and doing more when possible and necessary.
