If you are a relative of someone who I've made a memorial of, and you would like to manage the memorial, do reach out to me. The easiest method is to select the "suggest edits" button below the person's name in the memorial. Then, at the very bottom, just above "save suggestions" is the "contact manager" button. Click that button to send me a message. It automatically attaches a link to the memorial within your message, so there's no confusion as to which memorial you are requesting a transfer for.
