I am a former teacher and attorney, born in 1944 in Washington, D.C. My father worked for FDR and Truman in the Dep't of Agriculture. I have lived for the past 50 years in Manhattan in New York City. I have had two husbands who were both born in Manhattan and who both died there. One was an attorney and the other was a composer of classical music. I enjoy genealogical research as a hobby. I also enjoy history, art history, the performing arts, travel and nature.
