Oldest son of 3. My parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, great grandparents and some GG grandparents are all buried, along with their family members, within a 30-45 minute drive from each other in SE Missouri. I care for all of their grave sites and have learned how to properly clean & restore their gravestones. Several of the older stones were cracked, broken and pieces buried (run over by lawn tractors). I've restored them as best as possible, paid to have some repaired and totally replaced 1 with a new stone. I've enjoyed cleaning & restoring close to 100 gravestones and will continue to do more. I've added great, great great and great great great grandparents (those that I've found) and their brothers & sisters to my routine of caring for grave sites and gravestone cleaning. Also quite rewarding.

Luckily one of my Aunts had done quite a bit of work on our ancestry. Her daughter, my cousin, gave me all of the info she gathered and I'm trying to advance her extensive work even further. I'm now using Ancestry.com however I find it a little difficult to navigate….appreciate any tips.
