I have been using this format for about a year before creating a profile. My Aunt (paternal) and my Grandmother (maternal) had done years of research that they generously shared with family members.
I am retired. I want my daughter and grandchildren to have an easily accessible family history (such as Find a Grave) along with the priceless mass of paperwork.
I admire the members who have done years of creating memorials from in-depth genealogy research. I have learned a lot from these members although I've had good and bad experiences interacting with them.
I will never deny someone who qualifies under Find a Grave guidelines a family transfer just because they are "new".
I don't believe in berating anyone for anything including someone who makes a mistake while learning.
