I originally got started with Find a Grave in an effort to update my mother and father's family tree. I have since moved to Alaska where I am working on a project for the Palmer Pioneer cemetery to update all of their records to a digital format and update all the plot and GPS information to a consistent form that they currently use on their maps. We are about 90% complete and should be done by years end. Once we are done with that, we are going to begin updating Find a Grave with the correct Plot info and Obituaries for the Anchorage Municipal Cemetery Downtown.
