Arie Florence Norris was one of eight children of Vatchel Norris and Vesta Britton. This virtual cemetery includes Arie, her spouses, and her descendants and descendants' spouses.

Arie Norris was born in Ashland Co., OH, in 1872. She moved to the Topeka, Kansas area around 1890. Around that time, she married John Harrold. To them was born Florence Harrold, who would eventually marry Harry Galletly. Harry and Florence in turn had a daughter, Ruby Louise. Ruby Galletly eventually married Jack Sullivan.

Sometime after John Harrold died in 1908, Arie married a widower, Charles Adams, a Topeka grocer. Charles died in 1944. Arie then remained a widow until her own death in 1956.

Arie was my great-aunt, a sister to my grandfather. I have a few old photographs with her in them, one of which also shows Ruby as a young lady. I would enjoy hearing from any of her descendants to trade notes or records of genealogical interest.
