This Roman Catholic cemetery contains burials from many local towns and cities. The cemetery has never been transcribed, in part because early records were either lost or incomplete with the result that there are many un-marked graves and unknown burials. The cemetery should be considered fully photographed in that all legible markers are documented.

Historically, the land for the cemetery was donated to the church in the 1880's by a prominent Pioneer family whose descendants farm the area to this day.
