Directions to Garrison Cemetery: On the West side of the River across from Florenceville head south at the intersection of Rt 110/Centreville Rd. and the beginning of Rt 103/Riverview Rd. From that start to just after one crosses the Presque Isle "River", look at 3.6 miles/5.7 kilometers on the right for a dirt uphill hard right angle Rd. with 2 house numbers posted on blue background, one of them being #4033. The two homes at the top of this common dirt driveway on the right are private. Park on the potato field side of the road just after the 2nd home and look to the left for the island of trees in the middle of the field. I did knock on one of the homes doors to ask permission and was told that they had no problem with us being there.Be prepared to be scratched and fight through dense undergrowth. Most of the actual stones to be found are on the perimeter in general,
