New photo (January 2013) showing updated cemetery sign and pedestrian access to the left of the sign.

The cemetery must be governed by the US Marine Corps. It is on land owned by the Quantico MC Base, hence the notice. The cemetery name has lost some print but can be made out when up close to it. There is no other signage at this time. Many graves are unmarked, and some markers are hand made. There are several veterans buried here.
