The funeral of Benjamin Collar was held on Thursday of last week at 2 p.m at the Presbyterian with the Rev. R. A. Tennies; pastor of the church, officiating. A number of relatives and friends were present, and pretty floral tributes were given by the relatives in honor of the memory of their loved one. The bearers were F. G. Webster, B. F. Brown, David Dorfler, and D. C. Pashley. Burial was made in Laurens, Elm Row Cemetery.
