Benneta J Steinmark, 44, Old Hickory, Tenn., died at 4:35 PM Friday, July 14, 1995, in her home after a five-month illness.
She was born Nov. 23, 1950, in Springfield, the daughter of Bennie E and Mary Velma Farmer Slagle. She was a graduate of Bolivar High School and owned the Plaza Style Shop in Bolivar for several years.
She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. She had been a resident of Old Hickory, Tenn. since October 1994.
Survivors include her husband, Paul J Steinmark, of the home, three daughters, Kim Moore, and her husband Terry, Polk; Kris White, Polk and Samantha DeLozier, and her husband, Tony, Lowery City; a son, Curtis Steinmark, and his wife Wendy, Springfield, a sister, Patricia Cole, and her husband, Jim, Atoka, Tenn.; her father, Bennie E Slagle, and stepmother, Beverly, Springfield; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 AM today (Wednesday) at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Austin McGinnis officiating. Burial will be in Breshears Cemetery in northeast Polk County. Pallbearers will be Gary Cribbs, L J Farmer, Stan Stewart, Charles Cole, Greg Wood and Ronnie Richards.
