Theories abound as to how the 22 year old secretary at BF Goodrich ended up being stabbed with a stiletto blade 3 times and then being thrown down an abandoned outhouse outside of Phoenixville. This murder mystery has never been resolved.
According to her family, her middle initial, "K," does not stand for anything. When the children were enrolled in school, their last name was "Americanized" to "Keota," and this may have been their way of remembering that "Kotyk" was their true last name.
