Hi, I'm Kate! I live in Stayton, Oregon. I love everything history related, especially old cemeteries, houses, barns, books, and photos. I've been researching my own family history for over twenty years now and often find myself going down rabbit holes, researching people I'm not even related to!

My own family names include the surnames Baptiste, Reid, Bennett, Bales, Fiester, Densford, Hampton, and many more.

I collect antique photographs, particularly those with names on them, and try to match them up with family via Find a Grave or Ancestry.com. It's so much fun to unexpectedly add something to someone else's search and I hope someday karma will return the favor!

I am happy to transfer any memorials that I am not related to, even if it's a distant relation. Please send me a direct email for the quickest transfer. When I add information to a non-related memorial, I state my source. If no source is listed, the info is from edits from other contributors. Any and all information that I have is already listed on the memorial.
