After 30 years teaching in the classrooms of Texas public schools I retired at the end of May, 2005. I am fascinated by genealogy, and I spend quite a lot of time doing family research. I am now Director of Nancy Nail Memorial Library in Mart, TX. My husband and I have been married 43 years. We have a wonderful family.

After my Daddy passed away in 2009, I was elected to serve in his place on the board of directors of the Prairie Hill Cemetery Association, Limestone County, Texas where I am the secretary. My husband is the past president of the Kirk Cemetery Association, Limestone County, Texas.
