Welcome to my Find a Grave profile!
My name is Steven David Howell. I am a veteran historian, Lead World History Teacher in North Texas, 2016 Fulbright Scholar, and lifelong genealogist who has been tracing family lines since the 1980s. Having traveled to nearly 50 countries and spent three decades in secondary education, I find incredible joy in connecting personal family lineages with the broader story of global history.
Find a Grave has been an invaluable tool for my research, allowing me to preserve memorials, connect with wonderful collaborators, and reconstruct family units across generations.
Major Research Project
I am actively working to locate and link all children and grandchildren to Nathan Howell of Chester, Morris County, New Jersey. If you have any records, leads, or photos connected to Nathan's lineage, I would love to collaborate!
