I am unable to travel to cemeteries due to health challenges so I contribute to Findagrave.com by submitting things I find and verify via online research or people i knew personally. I got started here after my wife and daughter passed away. Being on this site fills my time and allows me to not be depressed being that im in bed most of the time.

If I suggest an edit to an existing memorial I either have a personal connection or have done my research. I've had a few people get indignant with me when I suggest edit a person's page who is a LODD. I come from an LODD family and have a strong conviction that telling people how they passed is telling the full story. Im not here to upset people and I encourage you to have a conversation with me before declining an edit.. I have conferred with Findagrave regarding prefixes. If i send you multiple edit requests its not intentional because after 6 years on findagrave I am categorizing all the memorials I saved, so please be patient with me. IT IS PERMISSIBLE AND ACCEPTED BY FINDAGRAVE TO WRITE IN PREFIXES MANUALLY AND I HAVE EMAIL FROM THEM STATING THAT
