My name is Darrell Martin,

I have been doing my family genealogy research since 1975. I am married and have lived in the St. Louis area all my life.

My father's families are from Ozark, Douglas & Howell County, Missouri area (Martin, Routh, Warren, Smith, Russell, Luna, Thompson, Strong, Burden, Matney, Teeple, Fields, Shipley, Collins, Trail , Carter, England and Shier.

My mother's families are from Crawford, Phelps & Maries County area (Sellers, Risz, Hammack, Sewell, Hughes, Miles, Love, Wisdom and Copeland) and Dunklin County, Missouri area (Ham, Harkey, Bennett, Courtney, Wagner, Mattics, Smotherman, Pierce and Johnson).

My wife's families are from Graves, McCracken & Ballard County, Kentucky area (Stahr, Cruz, Fiessinger, and Duncan). Most of my memorials are branches of families. Also Hawley, Skaggs, Hayden, Wright, Schmieg, Myers, Thomlinson, Lambert and Fisher families are branches of my family.

I do have memorials that are very close and personal friends, in which I feel honored in maintaining. But there are a few that I am willing to transfer to related family.

NOTE:

*I do not mind death certificates being attached, for they are a great tool for genealogist to use.

*If you see an item, in my memorials that needs to be corrected or if you would like to have information added to a specific memorial. Please contact me through the suggested edit tab on that memorial site.

*Please feel free to attach pictures that you may have of any of my memorials. Many of the pictures on my memorials are from volunteers.

*But please do not ask me for permission to use photos (grave or person) taken by others! You need to contact the contributor who took the photo and ask them for permission. There is a link to their contributor page below the photos. Legally the photos belong to the photographer who took the photo. Simply maintaining a memorial, gives me no legal right to give permission to use photos, thay other contributors have taken.

If the last name, in my bio is CAPITALIZE , it is in respect for their service to our country, this includes military, police and federal officers, firefighters, doctors, nurses and first responders.

I would like to thank, the many volunteers that take the photos and create the memorials for our family members and friends. , I try to honor you in my bio's.

Nothing worst than taking credit for updates that others have supplied. They should get the credit.
