Requests for transfers within site guidelines will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, but as a rule I decline out-of-guideline transfers from requestors whose managed memorials are predominantly transfers. I adopted this policy after multiple unpleasant encounters with members who feel entitled to "own" every memorial for their relatives, no matter how distant the relationship. Generally I prefer to retain management of memorials I create for my close family and friends.
