I have been an active member of two genealogy societies in southeast Kansas -- Cherokee County Kansas Genealogical- Historical Society in Columbus and the Crawford County Genealogical Society in Pittsburg for over twelve years. As I go through old newspapers and funeral home records, I find many persons who do not have tombstones and they also deserve memorials on Find A Grave.
