Honoring those who have gone before us enriches the lives of those who remain.

I would like to offer a huge THANKS to all who have uploaded portrait photos, gravestone pictures, newspaper clippings, death and marriage certificates, veteran's records, etc. to my managed memorials. These additions have added greatly to the recognition these folks deserve.

I live in central North Carolina but my parents are Virginia transplants. My mother is from Wythe County; my father is from Bland County. Both families originated in the Little Walker's Creek area.

Many of the entries that I manage were originally entered by the late Becky Sowers of Pulaski. She was instrumental in keeping many of my family connections posted on Find A Grave and I am most grateful. This gracious lady will be deeply missed by many who knew and loved her.
