I grew up in Cleveland County and have been an avid researcher for over 50 years. Most of my ancestors were in Rutherford, Cleveland, Burke, and McDowell and surrounding counties.

I love genealogy and love to research. My goal is not to collect as many memorials as I can but rather to set up and maintain memorials that may help others with their research. I strive to link family members to the memorials I create through proper genealogical research and documentation.

When sending edits, please give your source(s) as this is important to me as I will look at the documentation in order to modify the memorial.

Also, please do not make assumptions on the place of a person's death. Sometimes people die in facilities or locations outside of the location of their residence. If someone lives in a specific city or location it doesn't mean they necessarily died there.

I will gladly transfer memorials to family members. I do my best to respond to messages and edits right away so if you find errors in the memorials I maintain or if you have additions, please do not hesitate to send them to me.
