I grew up in Lincolnton, NC, and I treasure the time I spent with my family, making lifelong memories and learning valuable lessons about my family's history and traditions. My Granddad, Ralph P. Lineberger, Sr., was the author of the book, The Peter Lineberger Family History. As a young girl I was fortunate to trek across the surrounding area with him and my Grandmother, while he worked tirelessly to research, visit family members and gravesites and burial grounds, and even reach out to family members in other countries, without the help of the internet in that day. At that time I didn't know he was contributing an invaluable resource and gift for generations to come.
