From the FG guidelines: "Find a Grave's purpose is to catalog and make available final disposition information. If burial information is unknown for an individual, Find a Grave is probably not the right place for their information."

If your suggested edits are important to you, please use the Notes field to record your source(s) for the suggestion. Sources are important. When I see that people are using the information on Find a Grave memorials as sources for their family trees, it is important that suggestions sent to update memorials are backed up by sources. Do not send links to Ancestry trees, Family Search trees, Geneanet trees and Wikitrees as your reference. They are not sources and I will not dig through them to find an actual source. If you don't send a source and I cannot verify it myself, you will receive a declined edit.

For a transfer, please submit your request from the memorial in question. If it does not include your exact relationship, it gets ignored.
