I love quiet walks in the cemeteries of Louisville, Kentucky and nearby areas. I am enjoying documenting the headstones I see & adding information to pages I manage. If you'd like to take over managing a page I currently have, please just let me know!
I am especially interested in getting the forgotten cemeteries documented- Potter's Fields (River Valley, Manslick, Meadow View) & Eastern Cemetery are special interests of mine. I live near Louisville Memorial Gardens West, and have been trying to go there more frequently.
I like to do genealogy research via "Family Search" records to connect members here & post obituaries. If you'd prefer me not to do this on your memorials...let me know. I've already run into a few who don't seem to like it when people are linked on their memorials, for some reason. I just think it's important that people are findable, and I pay attention to every detail before I connect them or suggest any edits.
If you have any requests, just ask! I've been a member for a long time but am just now taking advantage of all of the usefulness it can provide!
