From the time I could read, I was fascinated by the stories of ghosts, goblins, witches, warlocks, vampires and werewolves, which usually involved a cemetery setting. I was the only kid in 7 years of primary school to read Dram Stokers Dracula from the school library.!! As an adult, I actively seek out the the ghost tours, haunted homes, old jails and cemeteries of any town I visit. I can spend hours wandering around a cemetery, reading the headstones and wondering about the life of that person. I tend the graves of several generations of my family in the local area and FAG has given me a reason to combine my love of cemetery wandering with helping others. When I am not tracking down FAG requests, I am documenting as many graves as possible, with a focus on the ones that do not appear to be maintained. If it is true that once something is on the internet, it is there forever, then I hope that the photos I take will remain available for future generations. Everyone deserves to be remembered.
