What was I doing?? Walking in the footsteps of my great great granny that end up in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.

I love family history and the research that goes with it.

By assisting with Findagrave I know I am leaving a legacy for future generations. So the past loved ones wont be forgotten.

My family is from Eaglehawk, Victoria, Australia & Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.

Our family is Irish, Italian and Cornish decent with a few other part of England thrown in.

Currently going through and photographing (Anyone is welcome to use photos I take) EVERY GRAVE in Wagga Wagga Monumental Cemetery, Wagga Wagga City, New South Wales, Australia 1/1/2024- End result will be that no one will have to request.

I have Completed - Muslim, Presbyterian 1A, Presbyterian 1B, Presbyterian 02, Presbyterian 3, Lutheran, Church of Christ, Baptist, Non-Denominational, Ang I, Ang N, Ang Q, Ang R, Ang S, Ang X, Salvation Army, Methodist No.3, Methodist 1B and Methodist 1A. (All sections includes earthen graves - no headstones), Roman Catholic 1, Seven Day Adventist, Catholic 5

The site is called Find A Grave and not Find A Headstone, my request photos reflect what I find at the plot, many families did not have the finances to bury their dead, far less pay for a headstone and the further back you go fewer people could read or write, so an inscribed headstone would be meaningless to the family.
