I have a younger sibling, possibly born in the last half of 1999. Our bio dad is'Jeffrey "Robert" Casey'. From Granbury, Texas. He never met either of us before he passed. I've lost a lot in my life & I'd really like to find my sibling, So I'll start here I guess.
I don't have much information to go on at all, apparently my siblings mother had nothing to do with our dad's family. She was pregnant when he passed on 16th March 1999. I'm not sure how far along. My sibling possibly has a different last name; my mother gave me our dad's last name when she registered my birth in Scotland.
If anyone has any information or could give me some general pointers in finding people in the US, I'd be forever grateful
