My Birth Name was Joseph E Raubeson. I was born in SC. I had my last name changed to Hover in NC in 2007. My mother was Rose Ann Hover Ledbetter and my father was Colin Cameron Raubeson.

I have no problem sharing my photos and documents. I only ask that if you decided to use my photos and documents that you give credit to me Joseph E Hover (Raubeson), or the person identified as have taken the photo. And that they are used in good taste and not in a disrespectful way.
