I became interested in family history in 2002. I enjoy tracking down my relatives and ancestors. I love putting the flesh on the bones of their lives and writing articles about them. This website is a great idea! Supplying photos and burial information (especially for those that live far away) is an invaluable service.

Most of my memorials are for non-relatives. I have added them to ensure a permanent record of their gravestone survives should the elements spoil it over the years. Too many gravestones are unreadable nowadays, which is sad. How can we ensure the deceased are not forgotten if they have become anonymous?

If you are a relative and would like any of my non-relative memorials transferred to your stewardship, please ask and I'll do my best to oblige. But be aware, I react very promptly to edits. If you have something to add to your relative's memorial, you can rest assured it will be added (if accurate). Similarly, if you'd prefer that your relative is not memorialised in this way, please let me know and I will remove it. However, please be aware I have not created your relative's memorial to be discourteous, I am just trying to ensure that they, and their gravestone, still matter and will endure.
