I am a housewife and got into my family tree when I discovered this site and have been using it for a few years, but only signed up in 2018 to contribute.

I think this is a great tool for people looking for family and I hope to be able to keep adding as I come across more memorials. I am happy to transfer management of a memorial if I have added one of your family members. I'm adding history, I don't just add the memorial, I use my Ancestry account to connect the memorials of those related to each other when possible.

I am hoping to manage memorials of those I am related to.

Family names include, McMan, Cousins, Chapman, Bundgaard, Jensen, Kellogg, Sampson, LaVallee, Morin, Cushman, Beman, Sanford, Cookson, Valencour (many spellings), Gunther, so many to list.

I started getting into preserving a local cemetery close to my home with permission from the church. The original church burned down (twice) and burial records with it. I am hoping to utilize what resources there are available to find as many as possible burials here. There's a lot of forest to chop down to get to everything, but I have a small group and we are making a difference!

I am part of the Rice County Genealogy Interest Group and am on the board for Groveland Cemetery.
