My husband was adopted at birth. In 2019 he took DNA tests through 23andMe and Ancestry. He found his birth family through this.
His birth father is Richard Emerson Lane (deceased 2017) and Gertrude Faye Powers (deceased 1978). He had a full sister that died in the car wreck with his mother, Michelle.

Helping him find his birth family lead me to this site, and now we're both hooked.

We are particularly interested in the Lanes and Powers from Columbus IN area.

For my side I'm interested in the Dalton's, Pemberton's , Flemings , Roberts.
