I love genealogy. I was helped by others in the beginning and want to return it. One person can't do this alone, It "takes a village" and TEAMWORK. I have lots of hobbies, but this one can be helpful to others, so it is very rewarding.

Beware, if you EDIT the BIO it means what you write is what you want to add to the bio. Otherwise please send a message with the full name and FaG # and back them both up with fully documented data.

Send your original DOCUMENTATION for EDIT requests via messages so it goes directly to me. If I'm not related, I frequently TRANSFER them.

I feel that documentation is really important. Instead of upsetting kin with incorrect details, I'd rather leave less in the heading and add it to the bio. If I add things that aren't backed up by documentation, I often hear from angry people debating it. I wish to avoid that. I don't knowingly or otherwise wish to misrepresent those who can no longer speak for themselves. If I've made a mistake, I'm sorry, please let me know so it can be corrected.

Please report gravestones and documented records using the spelling of the exact name found on them. Don't change it to match yours. That's not helping anyone. Changing history is not our purpose.

I will add data to my bios and save it and it's just gone. Frustrated that this keeps happening still in 2023 to 2026. Or only part of my edit is saved in the bio. "Server error occurred while updating Memorial." Plus FaG sites simply freeze.
