Open to all edits, (Within FindaGrave Guidelines) so if there is something that needs fixed, please feel free to let me know! I am human, so I will make mistakes-- I want all information as accurate as possible to honor both the primary objective of the site, and to memorialize the deceased that I'm creating memorials for.

Even if you are not within direct line requirements for mandatory transfers, please let me know how you are connected to the Deceased, and I'm more than happy to consider the transfer-- To request a transfer, please message me on the Contact Manager icon.

I am a proud Wyoming native, born and raised. :) If you're also in the vicinity of the state of WY and neighboring states, if there is a photo request you would love to have submitted, I'm more than happy and willing to try to do my best to fill that request. (Weather permitting)

If it's in the realm of my ability, I will do the best I can. The request is much more feasible within the state of WY. I love getting out and snapping photos. I mostly manage and contribute specifically to WY-- unless they are family members. It's easier for me to maintain memorials that way as I travel all throughout the state.

If youre willing to manage a memorial, make sure you are willing to take on the responsibility of maintaining it. So many take on management, yet let edits sit in the requested edits and let FG sort them out. Please do the work if youre taking on countless memorials. If you photograph Funeral Home markers, make sure not to label that as the actual headstone; it makes it difficult for volunteers to see which memorials are still in need of an actual photograph of the actual headstone.

When photographing headstones with an enameled picture, I always do my best to take an up close picture of the enamel itself as well to add to the memorial. I strongly encourage others to do so. We all know how delicate these things are due to the elements, time, and lawncare equipment. I feel they are invaluable pieces to any memorial and should definitely be documented.

I do not add living relatives. Please do not submit edits included living persons-- It is against FG guidelines to do so. If you submit an obituary to any memorial I manage, please edit out all living persons or I will not accept it. If a relative wishes me to delete/edit a memorial, I will do so immediately. I will however, depending on the edit, need proof of the change. (i.e-- obituary, DC, census or other public record) i will not edit a memorial based on just say-so. When siting sources, keep in mind that Military records are not always reliable sources for DOB. Many young men lied about their age to serve our country. Please site more reliable sources.

I ask to please not submit death certificates to the memorials i manage. Though I feel the information supplied in them at times is invaluable, I do not believe they belong on this platform. Feel free to revise information found in the DC and submit an edit in the bio info. Please stick to the primary mission of the site-- a Grave Registration Site. While on the subject, I do not add Burial Unknowns. (Also strongly discouraged against FG) even if it's for linking relatives. That's what Ancestry is for. If you do not know Final Disposition the memorial should not be created except for the limited exceptions that FG states-- such as Lost At Sea, War, murder victims, etc. FG-- Gravesite-- Registration. "Find a GRAVE." It's not such a great site for amassing your family. Use Ancestry...though some may see that as subjective, and I do see where it is helpful..but unfortunately it is not the goal of the site. I may submit an edit as a "Burial Unknown" if burial records/headstone/plot number are not documented in a cemetery; especially if i am unable to find the final disposition myself with my own research, or the cemetery themselves tell me there is no record of that person. It will be up to the manager to make those corrections.

My utmost priority is approaching every memorial i create with sensitivity and respect not only to the Deceased, but their loved ones as well, while maintaining the primary mission of the site. If you can no longer manage a memorial within the state of Wyoming, I am happy to take on management. Or you can transfer them to #8.

Family and loved ones have my permission to use any photos i submit. If other members wish to use my photos to fulfill a photo request in a neighboring Cemetery, please message me and let me know! I love working together!

Please do your research! Make sure edits have legitimate records indicating the change. (i.e-- Military records, birth and death certificates, Obituaries.) Remember, headstones are not always accurate. I have ran across several errors where a mistake was made. Make sure to correlate corrections with actual solid records. Don't make corrections based off of heresy or a headstones information.

We all need to remember that FindaGrave is a collaborative website-- our sole mission should be "to help people from all over the world work together to find, record and present final disposition information as a virtual cemetery experience." You're respectful to me, I'm respectful to you. Simple. Don't get lost when it comes to what we're all here for. I love connecting with others on the site-- I've corresponded with some wonderful people here. To find people who have the same passion and goals as I do, is great. Cemeteries are a place meant for remembrance and honor, but above all respect-- no matter what platform you're on-- be it here, or there. Let's all show each other the same level of respect.
