I have recently (Aug 2026) been reported to Find A Grave for not transferring memorials to a certain person. I already know who this person is because they had previously asked for a transfer. Please note that I am not trying to be difficult, but my Profile states the memorials I will transfer (see paragraph 2). He and I are connected to the same lines in Barnwell County, SC and beyond (Zorn, Still, Hair, Duke, Dyches, Hartzog & Owens to name a few). He has been a member for a lil more that 7 years. His wife's Family (Chavis, originally of Orangeburg Co, SC) is also connected to me.

I have been researching Family Ties since 1994. I have walked through and recorded every name & detail on gravestones in over 150 cemeteries in my area. 90% of the memorials I have added to FAG are in some way Connected in my Family and are recorded from MY HANDWRITTEN notes OR cemetery books I HAVE PURCHASED, NOT FOUND ONLINE OR THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE' HARD WORK. The other 10% were added for those I help trace their family line. If you see one for YOUR MOTHER, FATHER, SISTER, BROTHER, GRANDMOTHER or GRANDFATHER, I will gladly transfer them to you. GREAT GRANDPARENTS maybe, but GREAT AUNTS, GREAT UNCLES, COUSINS are also connected to me (hello cousin) Again, most are connected somehow, somewhere in my Family line as well.

I am not always on FAG. I WORK FULL TIME! If you send me a correction via EMAIL, I may not get to it right away. ALSO- if you send me a Negative email, I will not hesitate to report you!

I always try to check for duplicates before and after posting but sometimes miss them. Just politely let me know if you find a dupe. Please do not ADD another memorial before checking if there is already one placed. If you see it is in the wrong cemetery, you're supposed to CONTACT the person with corrections.

Family Names I Am Most Interested In are those descended from the following:

Adams, Alewine, Bolin/Bolen/Boling/Boland, Chavis, Dickens, Hoover, Hutto, Gleaton, Phillips, Son/Sons, Walker. There are Many surnames connected to the ones listed.

My Direct Bolin is Edward Bolin (1740-1808) Alewine is Isaac (1792) Adams is William Edward (1814-1889) Chavis is Lazarus which is my Indian Heritage.
