Just a retired lady who lived in Colorado for 71 years helping others with whatever I could do from home until recently. Due to issues related to COPD, my doctors told me it would be best for my health for me to move to a lower elevation. In Oct 2026, I moved from Colorado (5,280) to Lakeland, Florida (197 feet).

I love helping to make Find-A-Grave a pleasant and helpful experience and have been a member since July 3, 2011. I love researching my family tree (Meade-Brehm, Fitzgerald…), and the family of my boyfriend of 28 years (Johnson), friends and most anyone who needs a helping hand.

This type of volunteer work is extremely rewarding and makes me feel like I am providing a great service to others. Some people may not have the time or patience to dig as deeply into a search, which I have learned needs to be done to ensure accuracy. I not only research my own family, but i am willing to assist other memorial managers, request photos or perform collaborative research when needed. I do this because it is what I enjoy and is my way of paying tribute to not only people I know, but also those whose memorials may just need and deserve a little TLC. If you use any information or photos from memorials I manage, or I submit changes to memorials you manage, please feel free to credit me, but it's not required.

Please feel free to visit my virtual cemeteries. They will show you members of the family who are close to either myself, or my boyfriend, even my cat I had for 17 years is there too. Other virtual cemeteries have many different types of memorials in them. I have added a description explaining what type of memorials are in them. There is even one for some famous animals, like Lassie, Toto and even Smokey the Bear. My cats Princess and Tobias are also included in my family memorials.

If you need me to make modifications to a memorial or want me to transfer a memorial that I manage to you, please let me know. As long as they are not a family member, I will be happy to transfer outside the Find-A-Grave "guidelines".
