I add memorials on Find-A-Grave because I enjoy it. I want to keep these people from being forgotten. Through this site they will always be able to be found if someone is looking. I work full time and have a family. But I will take care of any corrections you send me as long as there is not a conflict with current information or I can verify it. When requesting a "Transfer", please include your connection to the person, there are times when more than one person will request a transfer, I feel it should go to the closed kin. I do not mind transferring in most cases, but if I cannot figure it out I am not going to transfer to either. PLEASE, PLEASE GIVE SOME REASON FOR A TRANSFER REQUEST...

A headstone inscription, or epitaph, includes the person's name, date of birth, and date of death, as well as a few short words to pay tribute to them.

NOTE about inscriptions…

When recording gravestone inscriptions, include the full name, birth and death dates, any epitaph or meaningful phrase, and any symbols or images present.
