Time to update my profile.

My brother and I were born and raised in California. My Mom's side has several generations back that come from Joplin, Missouri. My dad was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His Dad, my Grandfather, was born in Arkansas, and my Grandmother, Franklin, Mississippi.

We took the big leap and moved to Joplin, MO., from Northern California.

My 2 X great-grandfather, Thomas Clinton Clary, who founded Forest Park Cemetery here in Joplin and owned 5 mines here. He also drove the first train from Kansas City, MO, to Baxter Springs, with indians trying to stop it. Aren't old newspapers great?
