My favorite part of this is connecting the dots between graves of people who are buried here in Northwest Arkansas to their families who moved to other places.

I love inscriptions on the headstones, particularly those that are on old graves. I try to include them where it is possible to read accurately.

I do updates at cemeteries in addition to photo requests, which includes the GPS feature on the Find a Grave phone app. I will take photos of graves if it's been years since the last time. If I see a veteran's grave while I'm in the cemetery, I always update their memorial in the app to designate their service.
